• Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history and information. Devatara and its consultants will not be liable for any harm or complications arising due to incomplete, false, or withheld information.

• The advice provided is based on the details shared by the user during the consultation. Individual results may vary.

• By booking a consultation, users acknowledge and agree to these terms.

• Devatara reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation will be eligible for a full refund.

• Rescheduling Option:

If a user misses their slot, they may request rescheduling instead of a refund.

• Non-Refundable Cases:

• If the consultation has already started. or Products has already despatched 

• If the user fails to attend the consultation without prior notice (no-show).

• Refund Timeline:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.

• Devatara reserves the right to modify this policy as required.
